Stream of Wisdom Institute is unique in that it offers a knowledge base that is holistic (sees interrelationships and analogies) and stimulates intuition and creativity in how one goes about: 1) research and 2) application. The criteria is wisdom, which is evaluated by self honesty and by how one uses knowledge. For wisdom, one needs to have discernment without judgement, knowing when to take action or to be silent depending on the situation, and be able to speak to others appropriately for the benefit of the whole.
The Stream of Wisdom Institute intends the training of highly creative and innovative teachers of young people of all ages. Indigo, crystal and golden children and any children who may not so easily “fit in” to existing society, often are potentially highly creative. Motivating them to learn and allowing their energy to channel towards their interests, is part of our intent. The other part is to give exciting materials and exercises in art, math, science, literature, history and all related fields, so that they can branch out according to their innate interests.
We have four premises in education:
1) that all of creation (stars, planets, animals, plants, atoms etc) is sacred.
2) that all aspects of creation are interrelated in a web with specific functions.
3) that human beings are custodians of the planet they are born to
4) that human culture has the potential to change toward being founded on cosmic laws, in harmony with nature.
A series of Stream of Wisdom Handbooks is planned so that participants, whether in the Stream of Wisdom School or not, can learn the interrelations of many fields of study and pass it on to future generations by embodying the teachings.
